Yes, that is a large/complex item at $149. Those frames usually have extra wiring and a control box, which takes longer than a standard frame.
I bring my own tools. You just need the box, unopened is fine, and a clear spot to build in.
Yes, box and packing material leave with me unless you want to keep it.
Yes, within reason. Bed frames, dressers, and similar items are included as part of a booked Move-In visit at no extra charge. Furniture dismount is included the same way with a booked Move-Out visit.
