The Frame only looks like art if it is installed like art. Flush to the wall, no gap, and the One Connect cable run inside the wall. This is a different job than a standard mount, and it is priced as one.

The Frame is built to hang tight to the wall like a picture. If the mount is set even slightly off, you get a shadow line down one side and the illusion is gone. It has to be right the first time.
Your inputs do not go into the TV. They go into a separate box connected by one thin cable. Leave that box and cable sitting out and you have paid for a $2,000 television that has a wire hanging off it.
The One Connect cable runs inside the wall to a rated pass-through. The box goes in a cabinet, a console or a nearby closet. Nothing shows but the screen.
Art Mode gets set up before I leave — motion sensor, brightness for your room, and your first art loaded. If you bought a magnetic bezel, I fit it.

Framing and heat clearance get checked before anything is cut. On drywall the One Connect cable usually runs in-wall with no trouble.
