Yes. Both Home Care and Commercial Retainer plans are cancel-anytime, no minimum term and no early termination fee. Payments already made are non-refundable, but you keep full access to your plan — including any unused visits — through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.
Yes, on every Home Care tier. Quick questions under 10 minutes are included — Basic gets up to 2 a week, Plus up to 4 a week, Premium unlimited. Anything longer than a quick question bills at your tier discount off the standard hourly rate.
