There is a moment on move-in day, usually late afternoon, when the boxes are all inside, everybody is worn out, and the TV is still leaning against the wall where you set it down. That is the part I take off your plate.

What is in it: TV mounted with the cords managed along the wall. WiFi set up and tested in every room, not just next to the router. Devices connected and working before I leave. Furniture assembly is included within reason too — bed frame, dresser, that kind of thing, so you are not sleeping on the floor the first night. Curtain rods and blinds go up too, within reason, up to about 3 windows. One trip, one person, one number to call.
Booked separately those three run about $366. In-wall wire concealment is not included — that is a paid upgrade from $69 plus materials, and whether it is possible depends on the wall and your lease.
Getting a deposit back, or getting a place show-ready before it lists. Grout, inside and behind the appliances, shower doors, baseboards, vents, ceiling fans and window sills — the detail work a standard clean does not touch.
