If you are helping a parent from another town, or you are tired of being handed a remote nobody can work, this is the service for that.

I come to the house, sit down, and we work through whatever is not working. Then I show you how to do it yourself, at whatever pace that takes. Nobody gets rushed and nobody gets talked down to.
Usually a universal remote that lost its programming, or three remotes where there should be one. Often a fifteen-minute fix.
Streaming apps, inputs, and which button gets you back to live TV. I write it on a card and leave it by the chair.
Almost always WiFi, not the printer. I fix it and set it up so it stays fixed.
Settings, storage, updates, photos that will not send, video calls with the grandkids that keep failing.
A tablet, a smart speaker, a video doorbell, a JubileeTV box. Set up, connected, and explained until it makes sense.
JubileeTV is a small box that plugs into your parent’s TV. From your own phone, anywhere, you can change the channel, fix the input, start a video call on their big screen, or set a reminder.
They keep using the TV exactly as they always have. Nothing new to learn.
It is one of the few things I have seen that actually solves the “I cannot keep driving over to fix the TV” problem for families who live out of town.
You buy the device, I set it up. On the WiFi, paired to your phone, working alongside the cable box or streaming stick already there, voice remote programmed.
Then I sit with your parent until they are comfortable, and test a call with you before I leave.
Not sure it fits? Call before you order. It needs an HDMI port, WiFi, and a working TV. I would rather tell you no than take money for something that will not help.

You book and pay. I work with your parent directly, then text you what I found and what I did.
I am Kevin Womack, most folks call me Cass. I am the owner, I do the work myself, and I carry $1 million in liability insurance. You are letting one known person into the house, not a rotating stranger from an app.

Yes, and it is most of my senior calls. You book and pay, I work with your parent directly, then text you what I found. For something ongoing, JubileeTV lets you fix the TV from your own phone.
Yes, one of my most common calls. Reprogramming a universal remote, or consolidating three remotes into one that works, is often a fifteen-minute job.
Absolutely. You can arrange and pay for the visit from anywhere. I work directly with your parent and text you afterward with what I found and did.
That is the whole point of this service. No jargon, no rushing, and I write the steps down and leave them by the chair.
I am the owner and the only person who comes. Kevin Womack, known locally as Cass, operating as HandyTech LLC with $1 million in liability insurance and a certificate available on request.
Text a photo of your wall and I will give you a real number. I answer my own phone.
